STA Has Busiest Month in its 81-Year History

STA has experienced its busiest month in its 81-year history – due to an unprecedented demand for its core swimming teaching, lifesaving, first aid and pool plant training, and digital products and services.

In March, STA saw a massive growth in the number of courses being registered and a record number of ILSP certificates and badges orders, thanks in part to the success of the STA Academies and Swim Star Swim Schools.

There has also been a huge uptake in the number of organisations signing up for STAadmin.co.uk, both in the UK and internationally, with operators using the system to manage their compliance requirements for staff qualifications, ongoing training, and pool plant and operational safety.

Sales from the launch of the new STA Photometer in March and the STA Swim Shop have all contributed significantly to the growth.

Theo Millward, STA’s Operations Director, said he is absolutely thrilled to see STA gaining such positive results.

“The team at STA, our Tutors, members and partners have all been working very hard to ensure that STA delivers on all levels – from making sure our qualifications are in line with modern-day thinking and relevant to the needs of our learners, to the quality of our training and the service we provide to our customers. Combined, this fantastic effort has culminated in this huge growth.”

“March was our busiest month yet but we have also been working diligently behind the scenes to ensure we have the infrastructure in place to more than match the demand for our products and services – we’re looking forward to even busier times ahead.”
