STA Have always recognised that swimming enjoyment and achievement should be made available to everyone regardless of age or ability, in which the Rockhopper programme encompasses.

The revamped Rockhopper programme embraces complex, moderate and mild disabilities, enabling both the swimming teacher and learner to choose the activity best suited to them.
