This year’s STA Conference attracted a record number of aquatic professionals from all the UK.
After the event Theo Millward, STA’s Operations Director said:
“This year’s conference had a diverse mix of presentations throughout the day, starting with an uplifting keynote from our CEO to technical presentations and news on all the exciting developments we have planned for 2014.
This included talks on RAPs, the new Junior Lifeguard Academy, STAmark programme and all the latest digital innovations STA is developing.
I’d also like to say special thanks to SkillsActive, NOWCA and Vorgee UK for their valuable input during the day.
Importantly the feedback from delegates has been fantastic and for me this comment posted on Facebook sums up the feeling for the day –

“So much great stuff happening (at STA). Feels really dynamic and forward thinking. Brilliant time to be part of it all. Today was packed full of interesting things. Thank you.”
