As a UK awarding organisation with first aid qualifications endorsed by CIMSPA, the sector’s single chartered professional body, STA is offering first aid trainers/assessors from other awarding organisations the opportunity to gain STA tutor status for free.

The first aid qualifications endorsed by CIMSPA are STA’s First Aid at Work and Emergency First Aid at Work. To gain STA tutor status, first aid trainers/assessors who currently hold a First Aid at Work qualification must verify they hold the correct level of qualification and apply for STA membership.

This opportunity to gain STA tutor status is also available to medical professionals, including doctors, nurses and paramedics registered with the Medical Council.
