STA is pleased to announce a brand-new partnership with the recently launched Pool Operators Club (POC) – a membership-based online platform dedicated to supporting all aspects of commercial swimming pool and spa operations. As part of this collaboration, STA members can benefit from an exclusive 10% discount on POC membership.

Whether running a small swim school or a large leisure facility, pool operations present unique challenges that require a broad and evolving mix of technical skills, compliance knowledge, and operational expertise. Founded by leading pool plant experts’ Andy Gaffey and Martyn Hardy, the POC has been created to meet these demands and serve as a central hub for learning, professional development, and peer-to-peer support.
